Meditation sessions can be provided in 15 or 30-minute durations, individually or in a group (up to 5 people). All 30-minute mindfulness sessions include supplemental documentation with daily tips on how to maintain positive well-being.
All sessions are individualized based on the goals and needs of clients. After scheduling an appointment, clients will receive a form to specify what they would like to target during their meditation session. A few examples include instilling positive affirmations or depleting negative stressors such as anxiety and stress. You may find the form by clicking here.
Special Events:
If you would like to book our services for an event with more than 5 participants, please click here. Management will respond within 24-48 hours to provide you with the event costs. Rates are based on the setting (i.e., virtual or in-person) and the number of participants.
